The hotel offers a stunning view of the star attraction just steps away from my room, although a brief outdoor walk from the reception without car access. The room had a very noisy fan from the remote air conditioning that couldn't be turned off, slightly disrupting the experience.
Rooms

The room provided a view of the main highlight, but the noisy remote aircon fan was a drawback.
Service

The staff made every effort to accommodate our requests, moving our belongings and offering friendly assistance. They were very helpful and welcoming, especially with our inquiries during our stay.
Location

The hotel's location is ideal, just a stone's throw from Ayers Rock, with nice shady areas. Breakfast options could be more diverse, especially considering not everyone wants a buffet.
Dining
8.0
Dining was pleasant with a good variety of food, even though it was advertised as continental, which might not suit everyone's expectations. The homemade jams were a nice touch.
Facilities

Facilities were adequate, but the bathroom showed signs of age, such as ceiling tiles and an older design.

The hotel's location near the Art Gallery and Town Square provides easy access to restaurants and stores, but the rooms are overpriced with limited amenities. The service from Desert Gardens staff was exceptional, although they struggled during peak arrival times. Dining options were varied, but the prices were steep, especially considering the already high cost per night.
Rooms
6.0
The room with a view of Uluru, although a stretch in description, was decent but lacking expected amenities for the high room rate.
Service

The highly qualified staff at Desert Gardens were always eager to assist, yet faced challenges when dealing with multiple arrivals simultaneously.
Location

The hotel's isolated location offered a serene setting near the Art Gallery and Town Square, though it was a bit far from everything within walking distance.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience, while offering a wide variety and accommodating dietary requests, felt overpriced, particularly when considering the initial room cost.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were sufficient but lacked some expected features for the high price paid.

I stayed at the hotel primarily to visit Uluru & Kata Tjuta, and I must say the location was absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. The rooms were under refurbishment but had a nice décor and all the amenities we needed, including some USB ports which were useful to charge our phones. The service was initially a bit rocky, with a long line of people waiting to be seated, but the staff turned out to be really friendly and hospitable. The dining experience was a little lacking and overpriced for a simple breakfast, but the facilities were great and added value to my stay.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with basic necessities on the ground floor, worth around $180-200. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist with luggage and provide great food and wine options. The location is fantastic, close to key attractions within Yalara Resort. Dining might be overpriced, but the experience can be memorable. Overall, a worthwhile stay with some minor downsides.

The hotel was a mixed bag – the rooms, though nice once inside, were a hassle to reach from reception in the scorching heat. The comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water in the shower were a big plus, but our check-in experience was delayed beyond the 3 pm time. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff offering great suggestions on maximizing our stay and assisting with recommendations. The location was fantastic, especially with good shuttle services and surprises like a chilled bottle of wine on a special occasion. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, with discounts available through pre-ordering. The facilities overall were good, enhancing our stay.

Upon arrival, we faced some delay in getting a clean room, which pushed us beyond the promised check-in time, a bit frustrating. However, the freshly made lemonade from the bar is a must-try. The room we finally received was not well-prepared, leading to further inconvenience as it hadn't been cleaned for days and we had to wait. I recommend the lemonade though!

My stay at the Desert Gardens Resort section of Voyagers was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring air conditioning and a small terrace/patio where I could sit outside. However, I found them to be a bit expensive for what they offered, and the cleanliness was borderline, with some hairs in the bathroom sink. The service was a mix of excellence upon arrival for the room key but a bit cold and unhelpful in the crowded foyer with a rude incident of a long line waiting to be seated. The location was beautiful with a variety of on-site amenities, but the presence of flies when getting food was a downside. The dining experience, despite a fairly steep room price, was great, with delicious meals and a discount for pre-ordering. The facilities were adequate but could have been nicer for the price.
